OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi,

Reviewing the published version of CSD02, I noticed that the zip download does not include the 3rd party schemas mentioned section 2 of appendix C, https://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.2/csd02/xliff-extended-v2.2-csd02-part2.html#d0e24614

We decided to drop those schemas long ago. It does not make sense to include third party files that are readily available on the web. 

It looks like we would need a 3rd public review, either removing section C2 or reincorporating xml.xsd.
