There were several technical issues associated with the 2-Jul meeting. Apparently many members are not receiving emails from this list. The choice of immediate/daily-digest/never option is set to 'never' for many members and they can not change it. Therefore many members were not aware of the meeting today.
OASIS Staff is investigating the problem. OASIS Staff agreed that we could 'cancel' today's meeting and it will not count for or against voting rights. Note this is a one-time exception because we are in startup mode and because of the technical issue with the new OASIS email system.
Once the email problem is fixed, expect a slew of emails with motions on meeting minutes, GitHub repo directories, etc and we will attempt to conduct much of the business off line prior to next meeting to get caught up.
