I am not seeing my messages to the list reflected back to me, so I
don't know if they are getting out. I'm trying a slightly different way.
The system is still not sending out updates when a calendar event
is modified. I added the following link to the calendar to point to
tomorrow's agenda.

tomorrow's meeting, but it failed to indicate that the time was in UTC.
The time for tomorrow's meeting is the same as usual, 8am US Pacific
time which is 15:00 UTC. The system sent out reminders that only said
15:00 and left out the UTC time zone.
