One observation that was shared by a few members on the October 15 call was that we are not working against any specific timeline. The desired outcome would be for the TC to define a target time frame for completion of the work units we define. This will give us something measurable that we can discuss at the top of each meeting moving forward.
It was suggested that we postpone this discussion until the November meeting to give people an opportunity to weigh in.
