    Hi Gershon,

    This is to confirm the transfer from Samvera #4111128 to OASIS Open Development Foundation #4008008 for $54,000
    for the Annual Faas Hosting fee.  See invoice attached.  The amount has been reviewed and approved by Alicial Morris, Samvera.
