OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC

I translated the Wikipedia page of UBL in Italian, however the translation utility refused to publish it (for now it's still in my private space) until I removed reference 38 to bpceinvcttee.page.link that redirects to Google Drive, it was marked as potential spam, it can be worth investigating if it's the case to check them also in the English part and eventually put directly the google drive share as there are other links to google drive that did not raise issues.

I also found quite a lot of information that needs update, the most important to me is that the section "UBL 2.1 (ISO/IEC 19845:2015) and UBL 2.2" also includes text mentioning UBL 2.3 so a quick fix could be to just update the title of the section "UBL 2.1 (ISO/IEC 19845:2015), UBL 2.2 and UBL 2.3" then with the approval of UBL 2.4 as Oasis Standard it can be the right moment for introducing it.

More work to do in the "Subsets and customizations of UBL", the material there is very old. A good way forward could be to assign each section to TC members that can propose updates, I can volunteer for the Italian section and a number of references to the European initiatives. BTW it can be worth IMO to have a section dedicated to EU with the text now a bit sparse mentioning CEN TCs, EU Directives, etc.
