    As we agreed in the meeting today:
    1. I scheduled a special meeting on Nov 18 at 3pm ET for our annual election. Please make sure it is on your calendar.
    2. If you are interested in serving as either Chair, Secretary or Representative to the LegalXML Steering, please email this list by Nov 18.
    3. I changed the December meeting from a face to face meeting on Dec 4 to a virtual meeting on Dec 16 at 3pm ET.  Again, please make sure your calendar is updated.
