Here is a question that a Mayo co-worker just pinged me:
"Kris, I'm working on a DITA training module. I need to define what we mean by 'DITA is a standard.' What does it mean -- in plain language -- to call something like this a standard?"
I'm not sure that I gave the best answer available, although I tried :) Thoughts from others? If any folks can help with this task, it's DITA TC members.
