as per the discussion in our last meeting, I have verified the updates in "pkcs11-spec-v3.2-wd05(TLS proposed text changes)_v3.docx" against the minutes of our 6-Nov-2024 meeting. I believe this version 3 of the TLS proposal covers everything we discussed. With that said, I have updated Work Item 21 on our Wiki, referring to TC meeting 6-Nov-2024 for the discussion, and linking this v3 proposal.
P.S. I plan to join the meeting tomorrow, but I may be late.
