When I made my contribution to the spec, it was based on the D&TA work. I only put in the property tables to kick off discussion. I think it would be helpful if some of the text from the D&TA text was also added to the spec. I could create the PR's but (1) I'm lazy and (2) there seems to be some resistance to my sources D&TA material (although I'm not sure why since I agree with their contribution even if I did't originate it).
So this is an open call to 'crowd source' the necessary PR's and request everybody take a few minutes and make a PR to extract some text from D&TA and put it in the appropriate place in our spec. We need an abstract, definitions, abbreviations, introduction, words that go with property tables (ie words from that already of D&TA contribution that deal with terms in a given property table). Feel free to contribute to any.
