Thanks for the nudge on getting you answers. I had the issues going, I just needed a reminder to pull the response together for you. Please see below. I will also send these to the TC if you'd like.??
- We are unable to log into Jira
- Kelly: We are working to restore Jira access hopefully this week. In the meantime, I have a solution to get you back into your Jira for the time being. Please send me the names of who all needs access and I will prioritize getting them back in today. Please also include who needs to get the alerts if that is different from who is working on tickets.
- Discussions - the draft minutes are a mess:https://groups.oasis-open.org/discussion/draft-minutes-for-4-march-2024
- Kelly: I spoke with the support team about this last week and they informed me that the formatting is not something??that they can fix. Their suggestion was to strip formatting before copy/pasting into your email. I know this is a departure from your norm and I apologize for that.
- Documents: defaults to latest drafts, not obvious how to get higher in the tree - should default to root? Or be a preference I can set as a user as to where I will come out
- Kelly: I dont have an answer to this one yet.??
- Reply all include the original email, unquoted, then the email quoted, doubling the content of the reply.
- Kelly: I have this issue with the support team. They are looking into adjusting some settings to hopefully make this better.

- Fixed & updated to brackets
- Attendance Tracking
- Kelly: I hear you on the overly complex process for tracking attendance. Right now I can't offer anything better. As I get more comfortable with the new workspace I am looking for ways we can adapt it without having to get the support team involved. This one is a priority.??
I think this rounds out most of the issues you've communicated to me. Please let me know if I have missed anything. I will be on the lookout for your list for Jira access.

Just wanted to touch bases before my NOON ODF call if there has been any
progress on the remaining issues raised by the TC?
I know you have everyone nipping at your heels at once for that that I
apologize. But silence doesn't increase the confidence of my TC and
likely others in the most recent migration.

PS: I just remembered where some of my files are following a recent
migration from a Linux box to a Windows laptop (CPU incompatible with AI
work), so I'm somewhat familiar with high stress situations!
Fortunately, mine are entirely of my own making. I guess that makes a
difference!
