The motion at https://groups.oasis-open.org/discussion/github-repo-is-created-motion-to-approve-pr-for-meeting-minutes did not pass due to members not receiving the email due to the 'opt-in' policy. Now that hopefully members have 'opted in' if they want to receive OSIM emails, I would like to make the motion again:

I, Duncan Sparrell, move that pull request PR4 be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 30-July-2024 6PM Eastern) , that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.

Passing this motion will allow us to be better prepared for our next meeting on Aug 6^th.

Would someone please second the motion?

And, although not required, would people please reply that they approve this motion.  Seconding is required. Individual approvals are not required but might help us feel more comfortable that the email opt-in issue has been resolved.
