Note there are now two meeting note PR's out for approval. This is the April meeting notes (pr78 was the March meeting notes, and yes the PR numbers are 'out of order').

Also note that we DID have quorum at the April meeting. Once the March attendance was straightened out, quorum for April was 4, not 5 as we had thought.

I, Duncan Sparrell, move that PR #77 (Meeting Minutes for 1-Apr meeting) be approved, and request that if seconded via this list, and no objections received via this list within one week (ie by 15-Apr-2025 5 PM Eastern), that the motion automatically carry and the maintainers may merge the PR at their convenience.
