Thanks a lot for posting this, Mark!

By now, I can login again and was told that you can no longer use your username, but your email address. Since the login page (still says) either or, people may still fall into this trap. Anybody, who is still struggling with the login, please contact Mark or me to give you the contact for resolving these issues.
