My responses are on the table below.
As mentioned in the table below, here is the form we are using to manage roster changes. This is the best tool we currently have as we need a way to make sure that new members read and confirm their agreement to the TC process and to the IPR policy.
There are certain core things that the DITA TC needs infrastructure for. This is our attempt to track our requirements and what we can and cannot do in the new site.

| Non-DITA TC members can communicate with the DITA TC. | No | Kelly: working on this too. It is more complex than the dev team originally planned. I have the new comment email addresses and the archives, we just need to link each tool with the non-members which is the source of trouble. I have a meeting on Thursday to settle on a solution. |
| Non-DITA TC members can join the DITA TC. | No | Kelly: currently managing this using the form linked in this email. We had this noted on the toolbar on the right side of the homepage but I see that it has been removed. I will get it added back. |
