Hello DPS TC Members,

This is a quick reminder that our next TC meeting will take place tomorrow, April 22, at 10 a.m. EDT. Please find the agenda below for your reference. 

Meeting Agenda:

• Welcome
• Formal acknowledgment of contributions
• Overview of baseline materials
• Gap and opportunity discussion
• Work plan and document structuring
• Tooling and collaboration infrastructure
• Action items and next steps

As a reminder, I'll will take roll call for tracking voting rights, per our rules. Missing two consecutive meetings results in a temporary loss of voting rights, and attending two in a row will restore them.

Some nits you might want to consider on the agenda:

• after opening of the meeting and before contributions, I'd recommend adding 'attendance'. No need for formal roll call, but the secretary would at this point note how many voting members we have, how many are present (from looking at participants list) whether we were quorate), whether there were any non-voting members present, whether any observers present, And in future meetings, who lost or gained voting rights since previous meeting.
• after attendance, I'd recommend asking if any objecting to recording meeting and then recommend you record the meeting.
• after recording, I'd recommend adding 'Interregnum' or 'activity since last meeting' just noting what got approved via email (in this case the vote to establish a GitHub)
• if not covered under previous bullet, add a 'approve meeting notes' after interregnum. In this case I dont' think we did vote to approve meeting minutes so I think we need.

Note all of the above should take only a few minutes and in future meetings,once people get used to it, it should take under a minute.
